HOD's Message

The department has emphasized on continuous improvement of faculty and students providing periodic training and continuous up gradation of laboratories with latest advancement. The department has highly experienced faculty members from industrial background with specialization in the area of Power System, Control System and Instrumentation. The branch provides a solid foundation in the electrical field and software field. It trains students for the dynamic and rapidly changing market for computing, information systems and products. We are determined to provide latest technology and trends imparting knowledge by providing practical training along with Indian value system. I believe, joint efforts of students and staff members will lead the atmosphere of Electrical Engineering department towards the best of the academics and achievements in our life.

Department Highlights

  • Established BE in the year 2009 with an intake capacity of 60 students, due to remarkable growth the intake capacity increased to 120 students from the year 2014.
  • Established PG PEPS in the year for 2014 with an intake of 24 students.
  • Well qualified and experienced faculties.
  • Top Recruiters are Atlas Copco Company, Wipro BPO, Westin Electromech Pvt. Ltd.,TCS, SGS Technomech Pvt. Ltd., iNspire, Jalaram Flexo Laminates Pvt. Ltd., Triveni Turbines, etc.
  • Well equipped 09 laboratories with state of the art, equipments are made with an investment of 37,96,922 lakhs.
  • Department established its own High voltage Laboratory which is developed & installed by departmental faculties.
  • Departmental computer centre which has software that includes MATLAB, PSCAD, PSIM, etc.
