Canteen
The canteen is the lifeblood of the students which is a focal place for rest and refreshment. Canteen has become a welcome break for both the students and staffs and is the daily hob-nob in the busy college hours. GNIET has a full-fledged cafeteria within the campus which has hundred students sitting capacity with a beautiful infrastructure, catering the needs of students and staff. The canteen enables all students to have snacks, soft drinks and hot beverages. A variety of hygienic food and snack items includes South and North Indian Meals, Variety Rices, Tandoori, Chat, Chinese Foods, Cakes, Fresh Juices, Fruits; Ice Creams galore are highly popular among students as well as staffs at nominal rates. Students enjoy their food in the clean, well maintained, aesthetic and appetizing atmosphere. Kitchen staff takes care to provide the students and staff a nutritious and hygienic food with a lively home surrounding.
Transportation
GNIET offered a hassle-free and safe transportation to students on a subsidized rate. The collage has its own fleet of buses which give a ride to students and staffs from assign location from Nagpur and Katol. Numbers of MSRTC buses reach the collage well in time and a bus stop is available at the collage gate. The Institutions has 16 buses for the benefit of the day′s scholar students and the staff. The bus facilities are being utilized for local visits and educational trips.
Sports
To enhance the overall personality of students with physical fitness, team work, leadership quality and healthy nurture mind GNIET provides advance indoor and outdoor facilities. To make the proverb true ′Sound mind in a sound body′, institute frequently organizes sports gathering and encourage the students to participate at University, State and National level sports activities.
Cricket, Volleyball, football, kho-kho grounds as well as Well Equipped Basketball Hard Courts and the indoor sporting facilities are provided. An Annual Sports week is conducted and prizes are awarded to winner teams and individuals. The university offer Incentives marks for this participation in sports.
Library
GNIET has fully computerized library whose total area is 562 Sq. M. with well-furnished reading room for students and staff with 200 sitting capacity. It has computers with internet connections which facilitate the students and staff to update their knowledge with latest information. Our library is vast store house of knowledge having an extensive collection of books and journals. The books are systematically arranged according to title and subjects. A copier facility is also provided for the benefit of the students. We have 19268 total number of volumes, 3066 number of titles, 48 journals, 8 magazine, and 663 numbers of E-books, 457 CD’s with various national and international journals.
