Department has young & highly motivated faculties with good academic experience. Most of the faculty members presented & published papers at several reputed National, International conferences and journals. The department is well equipped with 09 laboratories. Department is working on outcome base teaching-learning process. Department has excellent Student-Teacher ratio as per AICTE Norms. The Department has formed a student association CSITA and ACM Society chapter under which cultural & technical events are organize. Department has good number of Placement Summer Internship in Industries is provided to student by Department. Department provide collaborative initiative with Industry. Department has organized CRT, Soft Skill & Technical Skill development programs for students in coordination with T&P Department.
Welcome to the Department of Computer Science and Engineering GNIET, Nagpur. The Department started in 2008 with 120 intake and Mtech (CSE) Programme started in 2014 with intake 24. The Department has a vibrant student body numbering around 208. The Department offers several attractive industries internship programme and Add-on Programme for all the students. The Department is actively engaged in reserach activities in various reserach areas. Several of out aluni hold important positions in the industry and academia worlwide. Students have been recetly placed, both in India and abroad , in several leading national and international comapnies including Flipkart, IBM , Mircrosfot , Oracle , Samsung, TCS , Dhoot Infotech etc. In GNIET focus is also given to activities beyong academics for the students.
